Damaged or Defective Items

Thank you for shopping at Red Frog Events! The Exchange Policy listed below applies to online purchases only made through RedFrogEvents.com/store. Please note exchanges only. These exchanges are only applicable for other merchandise not for cash or credit.

  1. The Exchange Policy applies only to online purchases made through www.redfrogevents.com/store. Exchanges are not applicable to purchases made at a Red Frog event.
  2. All sales are final for items purchased during a sale or promotion. Items purchased during a sale or promotion cannot be exchanged.
  3. To be eligible for an exchange the merchandise must be returned unworn in its original condition and must be accompanied by the exchange form attached to this article. Red Frog Events reserves the right to make final judgment about merchandise condition. Please note that exchanges are only available for online purchases returned by mail.

You may exchange any online purchases by mailing item(s) within 30 days from the shipped date, to our fulfillment center at the following address:

Pack your exchange securely in the original package if possible. Be sure to include a copy of emailed receipt and the Exchange Form attached to this article.  You must include the Exchange Form with your packaged return for proper processing. You will be able to exchange for new merchandise totaling the original price paid listed on RedFrogevents.com/store, excluding taxes and shipping charges. Shipping is non-refundable.

Each exchange should be sent back to Red Frog Events with the following:

  • Merchandise
  • Printed receipt of purchase
  • Completed Exchange Form

Red Frog Events recommends that all exchanges be sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Red Frog Events is not responsible for packages not received.

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipping date to receive exchanged merchandise.

Returns for Defective Items/Incorrect Items:

Any defective item or incorrect item(s) may be exchanged for the original purchase by mail. To ensure proper processing, indicate on the exchange form either defective or incorrect item shipped in the reason for return section. If defective, describe the defect in the notes section. Upon inspection, if item is deemed defective or incorrect item shipped, an exact replacement will be shipped to you free of charge.
